Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Free Prize Draw ("the Draw") is open to residents of the United Kingdom of all ages, excluding employees of SportsBilly and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.

Entry: Entry into the Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must submit their contact details. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Closing Date: The closing date for entry into the Draw is 30th April 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random by SportsBilly on 1st May 2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Draw.

Prize: The prize for the Draw is One A3 Personalised FUT Card, and One SportsBilly Beanie Hat, and One SportsBilly Rucksack. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be notified by Facebook and Email within 5 days of the Draw.

Claiming the Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Publicity: By entering the Draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the Draw. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

Modification or Cancellation: SportsBilly reserves the right to cancel or amend the Draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by email.

Marketing: By submitting your Draw entry, you consent to SportsBilly contacting you via email with occasional marketing material including offers and new products. You can unsubscribe from this material at any time.

Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Promoter: The promoter of this Draw is SportsBilly.
